Calflo* LT Heat Transfer Fluid

Calflo LT is a high efficiency heat transfer fluid specifically developed for use in non-pressurized, indirectly heated, liquid phase heat transfer systems that require both heating and cooling in the range from -40° F (-40° C) to 500° F (260° C).  Calflo LT is a mixture of synthetic and restructured hydrocarbons in combination with patented Petro-Canada oxidation inhibitors.

  • Calflo LT is non-hazardous, non-toxic, and odorless which means it requires no special handling and is not considered a "controlled substance" under United States OSHA, Canadian WHMIS, or other work place regulations.
  • Calflo LT is especially well suited for single fluid heating and cooling systems (e.g., exothermic or endothermic chemical reactions in chemical or pharmaceutical plants).
  • Calflo LT resists breakdown due to contaminants such as water and air.
