MARLOTHERM® LH Heat Transfer Fluid

MARLOTHERM LH is a high-performance synthetic, organic heat transfer medium for use in the liquid phase and in the vapor/liquid phase in closed loop, forced circulation heat transfer systems.  MARLOTHERM SH is recommended for use as a liquid in the temperature range from 32° F (0° C) to 536° F (280° C), but can be used in pressurized systems up to a maximum heater outlet temperature of 680° F (360° C) and can be used intermittently at film temperatures as high as 716° F (380° C).

  • MARLOTHERM LH can be used in the liquid or liquid/vapor phase due to its narrow boiling range of about 4° C.
  • MARLOTHERM LH can be use in systems requiring start-up temperatures as low as -22° F (-30° C) without the need for heat tracing.
  • MARLOTHERM LH is thermally stable up to 572° F (300° C) and can be used for several years below this temperature without significant changes in performance.
  • MARLOTHERM LH is non-corrosive and is compatible with pure graphite, PTFE and fluoroelastomer seals and gaskets.
